AIBuilderTalent is designed and tested against WCAG 2.2 A and AA for the core web hiring experience. If something blocks your use, contact support with the page, task, browser, device, and assistive technology.
Commitment
- AIBuilderTalent aims to make core hiring workflows usable by as many people as possible.
- The core web experience is designed and tested against WCAG 2.2 Level A and AA.
- Accessibility is handled as product quality, not as a separate add-on.
Scope
- This statement applies to the AIBuilderTalent web product and public platform pages.
- Core scope includes browsing jobs, Builder profiles, company pages, login, profile setup, applications, employer setup, job posting, messaging, help, and platform rules.
- Native mobile apps, third-party checkout or authentication surfaces, externally hosted documents, and user-uploaded content are covered only where AIBuilderTalent controls the experience or can provide a supported alternative.
What we test
- Keyboard navigation, visible focus, screen reader semantics, and accessible names for core controls.
- Forms, error messages, dialogs, menus, tab panels, tables, and status messages.
- Reduced motion, text spacing, 200% zoom, 320px reflow, and mobile safe-area behavior.
- Automated checks, static checks, browser checks, and manual review are used together to find issues.
Known limitations
- Third-party payment or authentication surfaces can vary by provider.
- User-generated content, uploaded resumes, screenshots, external links, and file previews may not always be fully accessible.
- Browser, operating system, and assistive technology combinations can behave differently.
- New features can introduce issues before they are found and fixed, and the platform continues to repair them when found.
