Order states
- Pending orders include checkout details, amount, currency, order ID, reference, and expiry.
- Paid posting-credit orders grant 60-day company posting credits.
- Paid featured-placement orders activate or extend the selected published job, up to the first-launch limits.
Repair and exceptions
- If payment succeeds but an entitlement is missing, support can run an admin repair for the order.
- Featured placement does not provide automatic refunds after activation.
- No self-serve refunds or discount bundles are included in first launch.
