Company setup and members
- Start by creating or joining a company workspace and completing the company profile.
- The first creator becomes owner. Owners can invite work-email members for 7 days.
- Recruiters can manage jobs, applicants, conversations, orders, and purchases, but cannot manage members; at least one owner must remain on every company.
Verification and job posting
- Company verification is workspace-level and based on work email, website, company profile, and review signals.
- Verified companies can publish jobs using standard posting credits.
- If a job cannot be published, common blockers are incomplete company setup, verification not approved, missing posting credits, or review issues.
Applicants and Builder communication
- Use applicant management to review received applications and continue conversations.
- Use Builder search when you want to actively discover profiles by tools, case studies, availability, and collaboration fit.
- Before contacting Builders, confirm you are operating under the right company and follow profile-access and safety rules.
Orders, credits, and featured placement
- Posting credits and orders are managed from the employer dashboard.
- Featured placement can only bind an eligible published job and does not guarantee outcomes.
- If a grant fails after payment, contact support with the order ID for admin repair.
