Employer agreement
Employer Service Agreement
Employers using company setup, verification, job posting, posting credits, featured placement, Builder contact, and payment flows must follow this agreement and platform review rules.
Publishing jobs
- Before publishing a job, employers should ensure company identity, role details, compensation or budget, location or remote rules, collaboration type, and deliverable expectations are accurate.
- Project work, agencies, contractors, trial tasks, remote constraints, and implementation expectations should be stated clearly and not used to mislead Builders.
- Job review, publication, rejection, edits, and removal are controlled by dashboard status, review notes, and platform rules.
Posting credits and featured placement
- Standard posting credits are company-level assets used to publish eligible jobs while the credit is valid.
- Featured placement is an exposure add-on for eligible published jobs and does not guarantee impressions, clicks, ranking, applications, hires, or outcomes.
- Credit grants, featured-placement activation, validity, and usage are based on employer dashboard state and platform records.
Contacting Builders
- Employers should use accurate company context and follow verification, profile-access, and on-platform communication rules before contacting Builders.
- Do not request unrelated sensitive information, deposits, training purchases, private guarantees, or risky off-platform transfers.
- If outreach references a job, the job should be real, still relevant, and consistent with the conversation.
Payment and refund rules
- Global first launch uses PayPal checkout; orders can include checkout details, payment state, and entitlement grant state.
- If payment succeeds but the expected entitlement is missing, contact support with the order ID for review or admin repair.
- No self-serve refunds are included; activated featured placement, used credits, rule violations, fake jobs, scams, or prohibited activity are not standard refund scenarios.
