Global first launch keeps core recruiting free and monetizes efficiency rights: posting credits, proactive contact credits, recommendation boosts, seats, advanced filters, and data capability. Payment is processed through PayPal.
Free recruiting
- Approved companies can keep basic company setup, public job discovery, applicant review, necessary applicant replies, pipeline movement, trust and safety signals, and core hiring records without a paid plan.
- Free access is intentionally sufficient for low-volume legitimate recruiting, but high-efficiency actions have visible quotas.
- The platform does not sell raw resume downloads as the main product; paid rights are tied to recruiting workflow efficiency.
Posting credits
- A standard posting credit lets one approved company publish one standard job while the credit is valid.
- Paid standard posting credits are valid for 60 days from payment success or grant time.
- Credits are company assets and cannot be moved across companies, and each consumption is linked to the publishing action and job context.
Proactive contact credits
- Starting a new employer-initiated conversation with a matched Builder can consume one proactive contact credit.
- Replies to candidates who already applied, duplicate open conversations, blocked/report-risk paths, and failed conversation creation should not create unreasonable credit consumption.
- The employer dashboard shows remaining credits and recent consumption reasons before outreach.
Recommendation boost
- Featured placement and recommendation boost are exposure add-ons for eligible published jobs.
- A single featured-placement purchase can buy 1 to 3 cycles; each cycle is 30 days, with at most 90 days of extension from grant time.
- Boosts can improve placement or matching priority expression, but do not guarantee impressions, clicks, ranking, applications, hires, or outcomes.
Seats, filters, and data
- The free workspace includes a small team seat baseline; paid rights can raise the Owner/Recruiter seat limit, and removing a member releases the used seat.
- Public talent search and basic matching stay available, while advanced talent filters can be gated as a paid efficiency feature.
- Basic recruiting data remains visible; advanced data capability can unlock richer funnel and performance views without hiding safety, order, entitlement, or operating records required by the workflow.
Orders and entitlements
- Employer orders show checkout details, amount, currency, order ID, reference, expiry, payment state, refund/manual states, and entitlement grant status when available.
- Posting-credit, proactive-contact, recommendation-boost, seat, and data-capability rights are company-level assets and are handled from the employer dashboard.
- If a payment succeeds but the entitlement is missing, contact support with the order ID so an admin can review payment state, callback history, grant records, and consumption ledger.
Payment method
- Global checkout is processed through PayPal during the first launch.
- Follow the checkout link generated from the employer dashboard and keep the payment receipt or order reference.
- Do not pay private accounts or off-platform requests that are not connected to the dashboard checkout flow.
Refund and exceptions
- No self-serve refunds are included in the first launch; support reviews exceptional cases manually.
- Featured placement does not guarantee impressions, clicks, ranking, applications, hires, or outcomes and does not provide automatic refunds after activation.
- Misuse, prohibited content, fake jobs, scams, or rule violations are not standard refund scenarios.
