Off-platform risk
- The platform discourages opaque communication that bypasses the normal hiring and review flow.
- Early requests for private contact details, private groups, or off-platform confirmation are common risk signals.
- When this happens, keep page links, screenshots, and conversation records before deciding whether to continue.
Scam prevention
- Be careful with requests for deposits, training purchases, private guarantees, account credentials, or sensitive financial information.
- Any pay-before-work, deposit, or private-account payment request should be paused and verified before you proceed.
- If money risk or unusual requests appear, stop sharing additional private data or making payments.
Conversation safety
- On-platform communication preserves context for later review and risk handling.
- Harassment, suspicious frequency, off-platform pressure, sensitive-account requests, illegal content, or discriminatory messages can increase safety review risk.
- If a conversation becomes risky, preserve records first, then report or stop responding.
Report handling
