Terms of Service
These terms define account, content, communication, safety, payment, and responsibility boundaries for the Global product.
User rights and responsibilities
- Users may browse public jobs, Builder profiles, company pages, and platform rules before deciding whether to register, apply, publish, or purchase.
- Users may contact support, report safety issues, and request correction, export, deletion, or account closure where applicable.
- Users must provide accurate account, company, profile, job, application, case-study, and payment context, and keep login access and public content under control.
Account and workspace rules
- Users represent login identities; company access is granted through company membership roles.
- Owners can manage company members; recruiters can manage jobs, applicants, messages, orders, and purchases.
- Company members must not apply to jobs from companies they manage or contact their own Talent profile from that company context.
Content rules
- Global UI and platform copy are English in first launch.
- Jobs, company profiles, Builder profiles, applications, and case studies must be primarily English.
- Fake jobs, fake companies, stolen cases, scams, deposits, pay-to-work, and misleading work terms are prohibited.
Platform rules and actions
- Jobs, case studies, reports, verification, orders, private-profile access, and conversations are subject to platform rules and review.
- The platform may request edits, reject content, remove content, restrict access, limit accounts, or preserve records where review, safety, payment, or compliance needs require it.
- Users should follow page-level notices, dashboard review reasons, help-center guidance, and support instructions.
Prohibited behavior
- Do not publish illegal, fake, infringing, discriminatory, harassing, misleading, or unsafe content.
- Do not use the platform for scams, training funnels, scraping, spam, credential requests, private payment schemes, or service disruption.
- Do not impersonate other people, companies, employers, Builders, projects, case studies, or credentials.
Responsibility boundaries
- Employers and Builders remain responsible for evaluating collaboration risk, contracts, payment terms, deliverables, employment classification, and acceptance criteria.
- The platform provides information display, connection, review, workflow, payment-support, and safety-support features, but does not replace legal, financial, employment, or commercial decisions.
- The platform does not guarantee impressions, applications, replies, interviews, hires, project outcomes, or business results.
